Elizabeth & Lachlan's wedding review

We would book Jake again and again. From the very beginning, he was warm, thorough and incredibly easy to trust, and he created a ceremony that felt like us.

He took everything we wanted and somehow brought it together perfectly… heartfelt without being overly serious, with just the right amount of humour.

On the day, Jake was such a calming presence. After a very up-and-down day of watching the weather, he came to see me before the ceremony and immediately made me feel reassured. He also spent some time talking to me and my family one last time to make sure the ceremony was tweaked to be just right and excactly what we needed in that moment.

Then, when the sun finally came out and our ceremony was moved outdoors at the last minute, he adapted without missing a beat and helped us have the ceremony we had hoped for. Even during the ceremony, he seemed to know exactly where to stand, when to step in and how to quietly support us.

And his voice!! So warm, soothing and beautiful… genuinely made for this job.

The wedding day itself was such a blur that it wasn’t until we received our ceremony film and watched it back that we truly appreciated all over again just how beautiful the ceremony was.

We couldn’t recommend him more highly and are so grateful to have had him as a part of our day 🤍🤍
