Jake, we can’t even describe how incredible you were. Every single person complimented on how good of a job you did with the whole day.
Jake managed to deliver a heartfelt, personal and entertaining ceremony all while respecting our wishes. He was extremely professional, and worked with us every step of the way to provide us with an experience that we could not fault. Jake also MCed our reception - he kept the night at a perfect tempo and was at ease shifting and pivoting when things didn't go to plan.
To top it off, we received many comments from friends and family asking how long we had known Jake - was he an uncle? An old friend? Much to their surprise, we had not met in person until he was performing the marriage ceremony.
We would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Jake for both his celebrant and MC services. Our choice of vendors made our big day as perfect as it could be, and Jake played a big part in this.

From day one Jake was an absolute breeze to work with, he was so responsive to emails and took all of the stress out of the paperwork side of things. Despite not meeting Jake in person until we were standing at the alter it felt as if we’d known him forever. Jake has the most incredible gift in making people feel so calm and cared for. Everyone who attended the wedding said it was the best ceremony they’d ever witnessed, so much joy, laughter, and love was in the chapel that day. If you have ever heard of people being at the top of their craft, having honed in their skills through years of experience and effort, and they just appear perfect at it? Well, this is Jake. And Perfect is not me being hyperbolic.
Jake was the perfect wedding celebrant. From the moment I sent an enquiry, all the way through, he was warm, professional, and showed genuine care. He made the paperwork easy and simple, and did a lot of the administration work for us. And when you are in the middle of organizing a wedding, this is a life saver.
The ceremony itself was incredible. He was able to bring the exact right mood to the ceremony. It was intimate, while also having my wife and I, and the guests, laughing at various stages. I had numerous guests come up after the ceremony and ask how long he had known us, because he spoke like he had known us for years.
We also had Jake MC our reception, and that couldn't have gone better. The venue staff commented how great he was, and said he was the best MC they've had. He kept everything going according to plan, so we got to relax and enjoy our night.

Jake was warm, personable and professional from the start - a pleasure to deal with. He endeavoured to identify and create exactly what we wanted for our day, and he absolutely delivered! He had some fantastic suggestions, which we chose to incorporate, but he never tried to push anything onto us. So many guests commented on how well the ceremony flowed and how personal it was. Having Jake as both our Celebrant and MC was always a great decision, as Jake’s energy kept the guests excited and engaged. We can’t thank him enough for making sure our day was better than we could have ever imagined, and we couldn’t recommend him more highly!

Where do we even begin? From the start, Jake was very helpful and passionate with the whole process from the legal paperwork to helping with vows. Jake was incredible. He has lots of amazing reviews and they are all true!! Jake was so helpful throughout the planning process, we never felt we couldn't reach out to him if we needed something. The ceremony prep was fun and great to follow. We had one phone call with Jake prior to our wedding, his calendar was fully booked and he still squeezed us in. Jake went above and beyond for us on the day, he was always there to help me with my dress or pass me a drink for a sip in between the thousand things going on around us! and was always making sure we knew what needed to happen next. Jake made our ceremony so authentic and warm, we wanted cute, lovey but chill and fun and he nailed it. Our guests didn't stop laughing or smiling all day. Our guests have all come up to us since and commented about how amazing Jake was, Jake is truly special and we can't thank him enough for being there with us on our special day! He was also our MC and he was so aware of how to ensure guests had a great time, minimising interruptions and maximising atmosphere, we would absolutely recommend him to everyone. And as a bonus - he filmed parts of the day for us so we got a sneak peak the next day! That meant the world, to be able to wake up the next day and see it play out on camera. Oh… and our guests keep telling us that they loved him and thought he was so incredible and they thought we’d known him for years. Jake, you’re so special and talented at what you do! First of all.. WOW. We were lucky enough to have Jake as our Celebrant & MC. We knew he was going to be amazing but nothing could prepare us for how magical he made our day. I’m still looking back a week later and wondering ‘is this person even real?!’ It’s like he had known us our whole lives. Our guests all thought he was a family member or a life long friend. We had a brief for the ceremony of relaxing, upbeat, good vibes and he nailed all of them… we had been to a few weddings where the ceremony is quite boring and mundane and he made it so much fun, but so meaningful too. All of our guests said it was the best wedding ceremony they had ever been to. After we had picked our venue and date, we booked Jake the very next day and we are so glad we did. He exceeded all expectations. He called us a week before and gave me some amazing advice and settled my nerves completely, which I needed. As I arrived he greeted me and completely calmed me, his presence just makes you feel so comfortable! He did the same with my husband. Not only that, he also went around to all the speakers of the night to give them tips! Jake completely made our wedding, I don’t think there was one person who didn’t mention how incredible he was. Not only is he so professional and so amazing at what he does, he is the kindest person, so real, and the best guiding light for the day.. he doesn’t treat this like it’s his job, he really made us feel like our day was the only thing that mattered to him.
Jake, I truely believe our day was so incredible and ran so smoothly because of you. You being there is something we will cherish for the rest of our lives. The only negative thing I have to say is that there is only 1 of you!
