We couldn’t have asked for a better officiant than Jake. He was calm, organised and made us feel completely at ease, which was no easy task on the day as we were both very nervous. Our ceremony was everything we hoped it would be and more.

We wanted an emotional and heartfelt ceremony and Jake delivered on this, creating the perfect balance of emotion and seriousness with just the right amount of fun and laughter. It truly felt like our ceremony, and he made it so personal and special.

One of the most meaningful parts for us was how beautifully he honoured my late mother - it was thoughtful and respectful. This part of the ceremony was always going to be emotional so Jake made a point to see me prior to the ceremony to prepare me and pre-read this part, which I appreciated. He also included our big blended families in such a lovely and inclusive way.

Jake helped organise our guests, gave clear instructions for things like the petal toss, and made sure everyone involved in the ceremony knew what to do. Months later, our guests are still telling us how wonderful the celebrant was. Jake truly made our day unforgettable, and we’re so grateful he was part of it.
