First of all… WOW. We were lucky enough to have Jake as our Celebrant & MC. We knew he was going to be amazing but nothing could prepare us for how magical he made our day. I’m still looking back a week later and wondering ‘is this person even real?!’ It’s like he had known us our whole lives. Our guests all thought he was a family member or a lifelong friend.
We had a brief for the ceremony of relaxing, upbeat, good vibes and he nailed all of them. We had been to a few weddings where the ceremony is quite boring and mundane and he made it so much fun, but so meaningful too. All of our guests said it was the best wedding ceremony they had ever been to.
After we had picked our venue and date, we booked Jake the very next day and we are so glad we did. He exceeded all expectations. He called us a week before and gave me some amazing advice and settled my nerves completely, which I needed. As I arrived he greeted me and completely calmed me, his presence just makes you feel so comfortable! He did the same with my husband. Not only that, he also went around to all the speakers of the night to give them tips!
Jake completely made our wedding, I don’t think there was one person who didn’t mention how incredible he was. Not only is he so professional and so amazing at what he does, he is the kindest person, so real, and the best guiding light for the day. He doesn’t treat this like it’s his job, he really made us feel like our day was the only thing that mattered to him.
Jake, I truly believe our day was so incredible and ran so smoothly because of you. You being there is something we will cherish for the rest of our lives. The only negative thing I have to say is that there is only 1 of you! If you want the wedding of your dreams, like we had, book Jake for your special day. I can’t express enough how one person can have such a huge impact on your day. Thank you so much Jake, you have no idea how thankful we are for you.
