My husband and I are so grateful to have Jake a part of our special day. He made it fun, easy and so personal and special. First of all.. WOW. We were lucky enough to have Jake as our Celebrant & MC. We knew he was going to be amazing but nothing could prepare us for how magical he made our day. I’m still looking back a week later and wondering ‘is this person even real?!’ It’s like he had known us our whole lives. Our guests all thought he was a family member or a life long friend. We had a brief for the ceremony of relaxing, upbeat, good vibes and he nailed all of them… we had been to a few weddings where the ceremony is quite boring and mundane and he made it so much fun, but so meaningful too. All of our guests said it was the best wedding ceremony they had ever been to. After we had picked our venue and date, we booked Jake the very next day and we are so glad we did. He exceeded all expectations. He called us a week before and gave me some amazing advice and settled my nerves completely, which I needed. As I arrived he greeted me and completely calmed me, his presence just makes you feel so comfortable! He did the same with my husband. Not only that, he also went around to all the speakers of the night to give them tips! Jake completely made our wedding, I don’t think there was one person who didn’t mention how incredible he was. Not only is he so professional and so amazing at what he does, he is the kindest person, so real, and the best guiding light for the day.. he doesn’t treat this like it’s his job, he really made us feel like our day was the only thing that mattered to him.
Jake, I truely believe our day was so incredible and ran so smoothly because of you. You being there is something we will cherish for the rest of our lives. The only negative thing I have to say is that there is only 1 of you!

Jake.. wow, where do we begin! Right from the get-go, we loved jakes energy and complete passion. We had nothing but clear, precise communication with jake throughout the planning of our wedding. He helped us with different / unique options on how to style / shape our ceremony. He had this vision that absolutely captured what we wanted. It was absolutely perfect. On our wedding day, he kept us girls cool and calm before walking down the aisle. Throughout our ceremony he kept the energy flowing, smiles and laughter. It was a magical time for each one of us. When I was up with Dale, I felt completely at ease with Jake in control. After the ceremony, Jake suggested having a couple of moments to ourselves which was needed. Qualities we were looking for in a celebrant were confident, organised and charasmatic and Jake delivered this in spades. All of the information required in the lead up to the wedding was well paced - in fact, the actual getting married part was the simplest part of the day! Jake was great at helping the groom out before the ceremony (those fiddly boutonnières!), and kept the humour when our toddler had main character energy during the ceremony. And at our reception, I completely let go of all the lists in my head and just let Jake take the reins with MCing our special night and we had the absolute best time. Thanks Jake!

Jake was absolutely incredible! He was the perfect fit for our ceremony. We wanted our ceremony to feel more relaxed, fun and upbeat and Jake delivered exactly that and more! The ceremony was personalised so perfectly that all our family and friends couldn't stop talking about great he was, everyone wanted to know who he was and how we found him! He was able to engage with our guests so easily and everyone really enjoyed our ceremony. We booked Jake as a celebrant for our wedding at Maleny Retreat. Jake was incredible. He picked up on our vibe immediately and knew we didn't really want to be standing up there for too long and gave us with plenty of options to choose for our service. The ceremony was relaxed, funny, and very unique to us. Everyone complimented us on using Jake as he is so good at what he does. He completed all the relevant paperwork for us and submitted it on our behalf. Little things like that removed the stress from us when we had so many other things to do. Highly recommend him.

Words cannot describe how absolutely amazing Jake is!!! He oozes an overwhelming sense of calm and positivity. We met in person for the first time mere moments before I walked down the aisle and instantly felt like we had been friends for years. Our entire experience with him was so perfect, the only down side is that we will only be getting married once, so we won't have the pleasure of his services again. Jake was incredible and the perfect choice as celebrant for our wedding. He and his PA make the planning so easy and walk you through the entire process, and it's obvious they are passionate about what they do. Jake personalised everything to really tell our story, weaving details of our relationship into a ceremony that was personal, entertaining, funny, heartfelt, and spiritual. From the moment I entered the ceremony area he made me feel comfortable and relaxed, talking myself and everyone involved through what was about to happen and checking details to reassure us that we were in safe hands. He even had time to check in on my wife at the car before she entered, giving her the same reassurance.
