Jake, how is it even possible for a human to be as awesome as you? You know in the Wizard of Oz, at the end when Dorothy says she’s going to miss the scarecrow the most of all? That’s how I feel about you and the important part you played in making our day everything we dreamed of!
For me, having a wedding should be about the ceremony - announcing to the world the commitment two people are making to each other. That’s why having the perfect celebrant was so important. I wanted someone who shared that same opinion, would make our ceremony fun and lighthearted, but emotional all at once. I don’t know how you do it, but you did all of that and more.
From the minute we enquired, you made us feel so special - we were sold! You made the entire process incredibly simple with clear communication about everything we had to do and by when. On the day, your wonderful demeanour when you greeted my parents and me brought so much joy and excitement.
Whenever we glanced at you during the ceremony, you had the biggest smile on your face and projected incredible energy into the room. The ceremony you put together was perfect and delivered seamlessly. We loved that you don’t recommend a rehearsal - it was so exciting hearing the ceremony for the first time on the day.
Jake, you are THE BOMB. Being Married By Jake is a blessing. His ability to share stories that transport people to that point in time is one of a kind, and the energy he projects through the room is exhilarating. We would pick Jake a thousand times over and no words could sum up how thankful we are for the part he played in our special day.
