Oh my goodness where do we begin. That was without a doubt the best day of our lives. I can’t explain how magical and deeply spiritual the ceremony was, I still get goosebumps thinking about it and John is just sporadically crying thinking about different parts of the day. It was beyond special. We just want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your warmth, charisma and bringing the focus always to God’s blessing on our marriage and how profound a commitment it is. I also want to thank you for all of your behind the scenes work and care like coming down to the car for a pep talk and fist bump, it really put me at ease and helped me get focused. Jake was incredible, we wanted a short and relaxed ceremony which he nailed! Jake also MC'd our wedding and this was one of the best decisions we made. Jake was able to work with out wedding coordinator to ensure our reception ran smoothly! Having Jake Mc took so much stress off my husband and I.

Prompt, friendly, well dressed and professional. Jake is the best celebrant hands down. We were told 'you'll be lucky if Jake is available' so we knew he was good! I had friends ask if Jake was family/friend because of how personal our ceremony was. Jake takes what is important to you and creates the perfect day. I had mentioned I wanted to take in every moment slowly, so Jake made sure that happened (something I otherwise wouldn't have had a chance to do). Family who have been to wedding after wedding said it was the most personal and special ceremony they have ever witnessed. Worth every cent.

Jake was the perfect fit for our wedding. Not only did an amazing job as our celebrant on the day, but he also sorted all the paperwork for us pre and post wedding which was such an amazing help! Based on a few guidelines from us, Jake put together a beautiful ceremony with a perfect mix of humour, light-heartedness, and seriousness. He kept us relaxed and enjoying the ceremony throughout. Where do I even start with Jake. He feels like a brother from the moment you meet him. He has this warm and super present feeling about him. He is so prepared and organised that any input he has into your wedding is seamless. He is so flexible on the day yet keeps everything moving as it needs to. My husband wore Louis Vuitton loafers to our wedding and after a little push from the groomsmen it was decided my husband would do a “shoey from the louie”. Jake orchestrated the guests to gather around the dancefloor, organised with the dj to play a song which had the words louie louie in it… He’s honestly just a top bloke and you will never regret having him as your celebrant and MC… Do both. He’s so fantastic at what he does. Big love to Jake. Another thing was that we aren’t religious at all. But Jake being a pastor, and writing God bless in his sign offs in his emails had such a wholesome feeling about it all. Both Jake and Lainey are a dream to work with. I wish we could do it all over again.

I couldn't have asked for a better celebrant. Jake made the ceremony perfect; light hearted and fun. I was running late and having a slight panic attack and Jake’s calm attitude and beautiful personality calmed me down and ensured I was all good before he started the ceremony.
He caught our eye on an instagram and the whole process of booking, chatting and all the little details were so easy to follow. Jakes preparation, details and advice were amazing.
