Qualities we were looking for in a celebrant were confident, organised and charasmatic and Jake delivered this in spades. All of the information required in the lead up to the wedding was well paced - in fact, the actual getting married part was the simplest part of the day! Jake was great at helping the groom out before the ceremony (those fiddly boutonnières!), and kept the humour when our toddler had main character energy during the ceremony. And at our reception, I completely let go of all the lists in my head and just let Jake take the reins with MCing our special night and we had the absolute best time. Thanks Jake!

Jake was absolutely incredible! He was the perfect fit for our ceremony. We wanted our ceremony to feel more relaxed, fun and upbeat and Jake delivered exactly that and more! The ceremony was personalised so perfectly that all our family and friends couldn't stop talking about great he was, everyone wanted to know who he was and how we found him! He was able to engage with our guests so easily and everyone really enjoyed our ceremony. Standing in front of people can be scary but Jake took all those nerves away and made Matt and I feel confident and exited to be standing in front of everyone, reminding us that it really is our day to enjoy! The communication with Jake in the lead up to the wedding was so easy and we were confident with our decision from the start. I believe a celebrant can either make or break a ceremony and Jake 100% made ours amazing!

My goodness, where do we begin?! Jake, you absolutely nailed the brief! Our ceremony was the perfect mix of romantic, thoughtful and genuinely us. It was like you have known us our whole lives and watched our love story from the beginning. Our guests were blown away. We are so grateful for all of your guidance and reassurance throughout the whole process. Just knowing that you had it all handled was such a relief! Our super important day was super fun, joy and love filled! We can't thank you enough and trust me, you definitely have some work from our friends that attended our wedding!

We booked Jake as a celebrant for our wedding at Maleny Retreat. Jake was incredible. He picked up on our vibe immediately and knew we didn't really want to be standing up there for too long and gave us with plenty of options to choose for our service. The ceremony was relaxed, funny, and very unique to us. Everyone complimented us on using Jake as he is so good at what he does. He completed all the relevant paperwork for us and submitted it on our behalf. Little things like that removed the stress from us when we had so many other things to do. Highly recommend him.

Words cannot describe how absolutely amazing Jake is!!! He oozes an overwhelming sense of calm and positivity. We met in person for the first time mere moments before I walked down the aisle and instantly felt like we had been friends for years. Our entire experience with him was so perfect, the only down side is that we will only be getting married once, so we won't have the pleasure of his services again. He has a naturally seamless ability to make everyone present feel part of the celebration. He made the whole day shine for us.

He and his PA make the planning so easy and walk you through the entire process, and it's obvious they are passionate about what they do. Jake personalised everything to really tell our story, weaving details of our relationship into a ceremony that was personal, entertaining, funny, heartfelt, and spiritual. From the moment I entered the ceremony area he made me feel comfortable and relaxed, talking myself and everyone involved through what was about to happen and checking details to reassure us that we were in safe hands. He even had time to check in on my wife at the car before she entered, giving her the same reassurance. The ceremony couldn't have been more perfect, and so many of our guests commented on what an amazing job he did. Thank you Jake!

He engaged the audience and brought a sense of fun to the ceremony. We have had so many compliments from our guests on how fantastic he was. Many even thought that he'd known us for years as he spoke about us like an old friend! We couldn't thank him enough - it took us 3 years to have our wedding the way we wanted it due to COVID and Jake wasn't available for the first 2 years.
