Jake made it easy from the very beginning. From his personalised video through to the planning and even giving us an extra push to take our vows to the next level. It was so worth it. Man oh man, it’s so hard to express how amazing Jake is as both a person and a celebrant, but I will do my best! My husband and I formed instant trust from the moment we chatted with Jake, which I believe is so important. He was genuinely excited for our day and for us to become husband and wife! His big contagious smile made our own smiles widen, all our nerves faded away, and made us both ready to do the dang thing! It felt like we had known Jake for years and that we were lucky to have a good friend officiate our elopement! He was supportive, understanding, encouraging and helped us be our authentic selves. We were blown away by how great you were and how you were able to make it all so fun and flow so smoothly. Sooo many of our guests mentioned how impressed they were with our celebrant/MC and everyone kept asking who you were and where we found you. My brother even asked if you travel interstate for weddings as he is due to get married in the next year or two.
We were very impressed with how you took minor details we mentioned and remembered things to incorporate into your commentary. It all ran so smoothly and your re-assurance, tips and advice on the day made it so much less stressful. We also appreciated your encouragement to play a game at the reception as it made it so enjoyable for everyone. We had so much great feedback! It was so great not to have to worry about finding an MC within our friends or family group so your celebrant and MC package was so convenient!
Jake couldn’t be more helpful throughout the planning phase (including during a pandemic!). His communication was prompt and he made us feel comfortable right from day one. We planned our wedding around when Jake and our venue were available! Jake’s energy is so calming, supportive and fun and it’s like you’ve known him forever. Jake also makes you feel comfortable and informed which calms the nerves. Jake is able to read the room and encourages you to take a breath, soak it all up and be your authentic self. After all, it is your day! If you make a mistake in your vows, start to cry or are stricken with nerves, Jake has a way of making you feel supported, allows you to have a laugh and to forget that heaps of people are watching you and just to enjoy the time with your partner. He also welcomes your family and friends ensuring they’re comfortable and involved. Jake is conscious of how important your wedding day is and ensures that he personalises his words just for you which is an amazing feeling. His professionalism and passion for his job and what his couples want is second-to-none.

We met 2 years ago when we first got engaged and we had to delay our wedding, you were so accommodating in moving the date and we are so grateful! We were fortunate enough that Jake was available for our wedding and although we had to postpone due to covid, it was the best thing that happened just so he could be apart of our day! We’ve never met such a genuine, warm and compassionate celebrant and we knew that Jake would bring the perfect vibe and setting to our ceremony. Writing vows and planning our ceremony felt extremely daunting, however Jake made this process so easy and gave us the opportunity to fully customise our ceremony so that it was perfect for us to make sure it was exactly how we wanted it to feel. He had the most calming presence on the day and kept our guests entertained yet always present throughout the duration of our ceremony. We’ve received so many compliments on just how amazing he was on the day and how perfect he was to be the one to tell our story. From the little time that we got to spend with Jake, he made such a large impact on our lives. Jake truly created the most beautiful ceremony which has been complimented by all our guests! Jake was absolutely PHENOMENAL! I discovered Jake purely by coincidence, we had a great chat and both my fiancé and I instantly felt Jake’s warmth and humility. The entire process from engagement, to finally meeting Jake on the day at the end of the aisle was pleasant. He made us feel relaxed, he had the full attention of our audience and we felt so at peace. Jake, you were wonderful. We made a few enquiries about different celebrants until we found Jake. From the moment he picked up the phone he was professional, caring, and genuinely invested in the way we wanted our ceremony to work. He helped us through an unknown period during COVID, and was very flexible when it came to changing our venue. On the day, he was a calming presence, and kept our guests and ourselves entertained both before, and throughout the ceremony. We cannot recommend Jake enough to make your special day even better than you can think of.

Jake was absolutely fantastic! Our ceremony couldn’t have been more perfect! Jake goes above and beyond for his couples! His service is warm, engaging and he makes the ceremony fun and relaxed. All of our guest have remarked how wonderful he was and what a beautiful ceremony we had.
From our first phone call with Jake both my husband and I felt so completely at ease about the whole process. Jake was beyond helpful answering a million and one nervous bride questions even before COVID happened. We ended up having to postpone our wedding and opted to elope instead. Jake pulled together our elopement in 2 weeks and it couldn't have been more perfect. If you're looking for a genuine human who will make you belly laugh and cry all in the same half hour - then Jake's your guy. We feel so lucky we had Jake marry us and will be forever grateful for how he made us feel on our wedding day.
