Man oh man, it’s so hard to express how amazing Jake is as both a person and a celebrant, but I will do my best! My husband and I formed instant trust from the moment we chatted with Jake, which I believe is so important. He was genuinely excited for our day and for us to become husband and wife! His big contagious smile made our own smiles widen, all our nerves faded away, and made us both ready to do the dang thing! It felt like we had known Jake for years and that we were lucky to have a good friend officiate our elopement! He was supportive, understanding, encouraging and helped us be our authentic selves.
